- Validity
These terms and conditions govern the sale and supply of products by B&B SPORT SRL to you. B&B SPORT SRL may modify these terms and conditions in the future. Any changes to the current terms and conditions will be communicated via email to registered users and will take effect immediately upon posting on the site.
- The contract between you and B&B SPORT SRL
There is no commitment between you and B&B SPORT SRL until the latter has sent you an email confirming receipt of your order and its acceptance.
B&B SPORT SRL reserves the right to withdraw from any commitment in the event of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or orders appearing on the site.
- Prices and availability
The prices of B&B SPORT SRL products are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT. Shipping costs (Europe, International) are added to the product price. The cost varies based on the quantity and weight of the order total, as well as the delivery method. Price and availability information on the B&B SPORT SRL website is subject to change without notice, but payment will be based on the price indicated at the time of ordering.
- Delivery of products
B&B SPORT SRL will deliver the ordered products to the address you provided during the order confirmation. All delivery times listed on B&B SPORT SRL are estimates based exclusively on standard order processing and the delivery times stated by the carriers. The couriers used do not make advance phone calls or handle requests for deliveries at specific times. As a guideline, without this implying any obligation on B&B SPORT SRL and barring any force majeure, the goods will be delivered by B&B SPORT SRL to the courier within 24 hours (working days).
- Responsibility
B&B SPORT SRL assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, shipments within the timeframes agreed upon in the contract. B&B SPORT SRL will not be liable to any party for damages, losses, and costs incurred as a result of failure to fulfill the contract (for the reasons cited above), with the consumer only entitled to a refund of the price paid. Likewise, B&B SPORT SRL is not responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use by third parties of checks or other means of payment when paying for purchased products.
- Buyer's obligations
Once the online purchase process has been completed, the consumer undertakes to print and retain these general terms and conditions, which he or she will have already reviewed and accepted upon registration and/or order confirmation. These general terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time by B&B SPORT SRL, which will notify the consumer via email. The consumer undertakes to print and retain these terms and conditions whenever there are changes to them. The consumer is strictly prohibited from entering false, invented, or fictitious information during the purchase and registration process. Personal information and email address must be exclusively the consumer's own real personal information and not that of third parties or fictitious data. It is expressly forbidden to make duplicate registrations for the same person or to enter third party information. B&B SPORT SRL reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers. The customer indemnifies B&B SPORT SRL from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the customer, being the customer himself solely responsible for their correct entry.
If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in three installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
